We accept both male and female residents, including Medicaid and private pay. Private pay rates are available upon request. Our home provides a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where each individual is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

To ensure safe and appropriate care, our home supports:

Level of Care: Two-person assist

Transfers: We Accept Residents Who Require one or Two-Person Assist, Including Use of Gait Belts, Sit-to-Stand Devices, Transfer Boards, and Hoyer Lifts, When Care Needs Can Be Safely Met.

Mobility: We accept residents who are independent, use walkers, or use wheelchairs, as long as they can be safely assisted by caregivers

Unless two caregiver are needed, one caregiver is on-site at all times. two will be on site all times if client needs 2 person assist

   While we do not have full-time nursing staff on-site, we can coordinate licensed nursing services as needed, depending on the resident’s care plan and DSHS approval.
